Previous Robots and FIRST Competitions
The FIRST Robotics Competition features an annual competition played by thousands of teams across the globe. To ensure that new, “rookie” teams have equal footing with returning, “veteran” teams, FIRST unveils a new competition challenge every year at its annual kickoff. To date, FIRST has gone through 21 games, with challenges ranging from robotic soccer (as seen in the 2010 game Breakaway) to stacking bins (as seen in the 2003 game Stack Attack).
