Another friendly reminder that robotics meetings are 1-5pm Tuesdays and Fridays at StudentRND, including today! Come if you can! Robothon robot prototypes are nearly done, consctruction on the chassis has begun!
We will continue to work on our robothon project at sRND.
The meetings times are:
Tuesday 1pm to 5pm

Saturday 1pm to 5pm
We are now starting on the build process of the robothon competition.
We will be having a meeting from 1pm to 5pm on Saturday again at sRND
there will be a build meeting from 1-5pm on Sunday (7/11/10) at StudentRND

Everyone in build needs to come because this will be the official start to building the robothon robot.
We will be testing and brainstorming. Also, this is a chance to learn CAD.
How has everyone’s summer been going?
Now that we have all gotten a few weeks to relax we will now be getting into true Fundraising Mode.
This Thursday from 3pm to 5pm we will be going from door to door in groups asking for donations, sponsorships, and selling hex bugs. Everyone should be there.
We will meet at the front of Interlake at 3pm.
Bring your saints robotics shirts! Also this will count for volunteer credit for the club.
Finally, today is the day of the LAN Party. The event is from 5-8PM. Volunteers should arrive at 4:30 for setup. Members are encouraged to either volunteer or participate. The gamestop prizes are…interesting (couple good ones) and there will be yummy baked goods. Be sure to show up!
Friday (tomorrow) will be the last school meeting! Everyone needs to come in order to figure out your plans for the summer! Remember we will still be very active over the summer, doing Robothon, fund raising, developing our programming skills, etc.
Remember the LAN party is on June12th make sure you invite as many friends as possible.
Despite the rain, we will still be having a BBQ at crossroads park! Remember to bring a jacket! We will be in a covered area so it should be fine!
