First off, I want to thank everyone who showed up today. I know that with finals coming up every second studying counts, so I was really surprised and pleased by how many people showed up.

We were able to finish most of the bumpers and what little is left can be finished rather quickly. The biggest success was actually the prototype for the ball handler. With a few extra adjustments, we are confident that we will be able to have a fully functioning ball handler soon.
I also want to thank Teresa for bringing a HUGE cake (seriously, it was really big), and the wonder duo, Kevin and Michael, for working so hard to attach the bumpers. Keep up the good work guys, I really appreciate it.
YAY! everyone did really good today!
I really like how things are going, next week should be fun as well.
I have to add though, I’m sorry Lawrence, we sacrificed some of the pool-noodles you worked hard to cut T_T Sorry!
*proudface* Yay! So are we almost done then? (in terms of building??)
I think the lifter thing still needs some more optimization, but the drive is basically done :)
We just finished the bumpers in tutorial today
Does anyone have an idea of when the robot will be completely finished? This way I can set a date for painting it. As of now, it’s either going to be Sunday the 7th or Wednesday the 11th.
well depends on how long you’re planning on taking to paint the robot…but hopefully we’ll be done with most of build by sun the 7th. Thats if everythings goes smoothly and we don’t need to order new parts…
Angela, do you have all the paint and other tools ready? Also, try to assemble some qualified members to be your “painting brigade.”
Yea, it’d be great if you could finish by then. But wasn’t the accelerometer broken? Has it been ordered yet?
I’m getting the paint and other stuff this wednesday.
I also got some people already =D (Shilpa, Hasanti, Angela, Anusha, and maybe Larry)
I emailed them and asked them to see if they have spare time on 7th or 11th.
They’ll probably go with me to buy spray paint and stuff this Wednesday too.
