Competition Journalism
The FIRST Robotics Competition
Going into the competition we will have designated photographers, cameramen, livebloggers, and writers. We would like volunteers but we will draft people if we fall short. If you are given a job, you will be expected to produce pictures, videos, notes etc. that give insight into the competition experience. These will be posted on the website and used again next year, so do quality work.
To volunteer, leave a comment on this post saying what you think you can do. Be realistic and only sign up if you plan to follow through.
I could be either a photographer or cameraman as long as a decent video camera is supplied. I have a digital camera to take pictures.
I can take pictures when I’m not busy with something else.

my dad’s a little hesitant about letting me use the video camera, so preferably writing.
I can take pictures and video. I have all of the necessary equipment (e.g. tripod, lenses, flash, memory cards, spare batteries).
